Full Coverage Mouth Tape
1. Make sure your skin is clean & dry. Dirt, oil, makeup, and moisturizer can weaken the adhesive. Ideally, wait 5-10 minutes after any skincare is applied to secure the tape
2. Remove the protective liners by pulling strip's sides apart to separate backing and expose adhesive.. Close mouth with lips in full contact with one another.
3. Center the strip across your mouth and press down to secure in place.
4. Remove by gently peeling away from the skin. Discard after use.

This is my first time mouth taping and using the full coverage mouth tape has made it super easy. It's comfortable with strong adhesive but super easy to remove and gentle on my skin.
